1. Loyalty Scheme General Terms
We reserve the right to amend, pause, or withdraw the scheme or programme at any time.
Points, rewards, and benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Customers must provide a valid UK mobile number to register and to receive updates.
We may request proof of eligibility or identity at any time.
2. Loyalty Scheme System
Customers earn loyalty points with each purchase made in participating Bake Out stores.
Points are automatically added to your account at the time of purchase.
Points never expire and can be redeemed for rewards as outlined in-store and online.
Rewards and redemption values may change, and Bake Out reserves the right to amend or remove rewards at any time.
Points cannot be earned on purchases of gift cards or on certain excluded products (where stated).
In the case of refund or cancellation, any points earned on that transaction will be removed.
Customers must present their registered account (via mobile number) at checkout to collect or redeem points, or pay with the same payment method.
3. Special Groups Programme
Alongside our Loyalty Scheme, Bake Out recognises the contributions of certain community groups. Members of these groups may receive additional rewards and benefits.
3.1 Eligibility
Eligible groups include:
Teachers (primary & secondary schools)
Nurses and NHS staff
Retail staff in the vicinity of Bake Out stores
Select membership-based communities invited by Bake Out
3.2 Registration
Eligible members must scan the designated QR code in-store and complete registration.
Proof of eligibility may be required (e.g., workplace ID, membership confirmation).
Registration requires a valid UK mobile number.
3.3 Allocation & Validity
Benefits under the Special Groups Programme are allocated on a 6-month basis.
Members must re-confirm their status every 6 months to remain eligible.
If an allocation ends, members may reapply in the next cycle, subject to availability.
Allocations are limited, and Bake Out reserves the right to rotate benefits between members to ensure fairness.
3.4 Rewards & Use
Rewards and discounts under this programme are for the registered individual only.
Any misuse, including sharing benefits with non-eligible persons, may result in immediate removal from the programme.
Rewards are subject to change and may be withdrawn without prior notice.
4. Data & Privacy
By registering, you consent to Bake Out storing your personal data (mobile number and eligibility proof) for the purpose of managing the Rewards programme.
Your data will not be shared with third parties outside of Bake Out.
You may request removal from the scheme at any time by contacting Bake Out customer support.
5. Termination
Bake Out may suspend or terminate your membership if you breach these Terms & Conditions.
Any misuse of benefits, fraudulent activity, or false information provided will result in removal.
